We are now looking for a chef to join our kitchen team – someone who is passionate about bold flavors, craftsmanship, and creating signature dishes that keep guests coming back.
YOUR ROLE
As a chef at Moyagi, you will be part of a passionate team where collaboration is key. We create small sharing plates, inspired by Japanese cuisine and the Korean Anju concept, combined with seasonal Scandinavian ingredients.
You will also have the opportunity to influence the menu, contributing your ideas and engagement to continuously develop our dishes and enhance the guest experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to Moyagi’s concept and high standards.
- Actively participating in menu development, in collaboration with the head chef, by contributing ideas and suggestions.
- Working efficiently and in an organized manner in an environment where speed and precision are essential.
- Ensuring food hygiene and safety by following applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Being an ambassador for Moyagi, helping to create a welcoming and unique dining experience for our guests.
- Collaborating with the team to reduce food waste and optimize ingredient use.
WHO ARE YOU?

✔ Have previous experience working as a chef in a restaurant kitchen.
✔ Have a genuine interest in Asian cuisine, particularly flavors from Japan & Korea.
✔ Are self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for ingredients and flavor combinations.
✔ Work efficiently even in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
✔ Have a team-oriented mindset and enjoy creating exceptional dining experiences together with others.

WORKING HOURS
This role includes working hours adapted to business needs, including day, evening, and night shifts, on both weekdays and weekends.
